Terms and Conditions
I am a full member of the Association of Reflexologists (AoR). Being a full member of the AoR demonstrates that I have completed a quality, nationally recognised Diploma in Reflexology and have the ongoing support of the AoR.
As an AoR member:
As a professional and highly qualified reflexologist, I will always provide you with appropriate, bespoke treatment and support.
1. Appointments
When making an appointment, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Prior to your first treatment, you will complete a consultation form and disclose any relevant medical history, medications, diagnoses, or lifestyle information. It is your responsibility to inform me of any changes to your health or circumstances before each session.
If you are unsure whether reflexology is appropriate for you, please contact me before booking.

2. Fees
Fees are payable either in advance (for packages or deposits) or in full at the time of treatment.

I reserve the right to review and amend prices at any time.
Payment methods accepted:
Cash, Bank Transfer, Card, Payment Link.
If you present with a condition or symptom that may be contraindicated, I reserve the right to postpone treatment until appropriate medical advice is obtained.
3. Cancellation Policy
I operate a 24-hour cancellation policy.
As a small practice, missed appointments directly affect clinic availability. If you are unable to attend your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
However, I understand that genuine emergencies happen. In exceptional circumstances (for example, medical emergencies, labour, or serious unforeseen events), discretion may be applied.
As a general guideline:
Discretion remains entirely at my professional judgement.
A text reminder service may be used as a courtesy, but non-receipt of a reminder does not remove responsibility for attendance.
4. Deposits
A 50% deposit is required to secure all appointments.
Appointments may be rescheduled without loss of deposit where more than 24 hours’ notice is given.
For cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, the deposit will be retained in line with the cancellation policy.
Deposits are non-refundable except in cases where I cancel your appointment.
5. Treatment Packages
Treatment packages may be offered at a reduced rate where paid in advance.
6. Vouchers
Gift vouchers are available.
7. Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC)
I have chosen to be voluntarily regulated by the CNHC. Further details can be found at:

8. Special Treatment Licence
As a member of the AoR and working to their high professional standards, I am exempt from requiring a Special Treatments Licence within Somerset and Bath & North East Somerset (BANES).
